Ayra Desk
AI intake agents that move each referral toward a first session, with staff approving what goes out.

You don’t need a spec, a technical co-founder or a perfect plan. Bring the problem that won’t leave you alone. We’ll shape it with you, build it and put it in front of the people it’s for.
Websites, AI agents, automation and mobile apps, led by a CTO who built platforms at Instagram and AWS.

Ayra DeskAI intake agents that move each referral toward a first session, with staff approving what goes out.

One connected record for a child's development, shared across pediatricians, specialists, therapists and families.

A traceable quality score for every hospital, so insurers can empanel and review providers with clear reasons.

Agents that handle eligibility, prior auth and revenue recovery for surgery centers, so staff can focus on patients.

Ayra for ClinicsOne workspace that prepares clinicians before the visit, supports them during it, and finishes the note.

A mobile app that gives families one calm place for activities, reports, plans and their child's care team.

Ayra MobileA clinician's phone becomes the microphone, so they can leave the screen and stay present with the patient.

Explain a complicated product before the visitor loses interest.
Clear positioning, honest copy and fast pages, built so the people you sell to understand what you do and know what to do next.
Agents that do the work, and stop for a person when it counts.
Agents that read documents, chase what is missing and keep people informed, with approvals, audit logs and sources you can check.
Take the retyping, chasing and re-checking off your team.
We automate the repetitive steps around your existing systems, so nobody has to replace the tools they already rely on.
A calm app that people open again without being reminded.
Focused apps for the people furthest from a desk: clinicians mid-visit, families between appointments.
One place for the context your team keeps rebuilding by hand.
Dashboards, longitudinal records and scoring engines, with access by role and every result traceable to its source.
Start small. Test it with the people it’s for. Scale what works.
Step 1
We sit with the people doing the work and map the real process: who is involved, which systems it touches, and what today's friction costs.
You get: A clear target, and the measure of success
Step 2
We shape the logic, experience, automation, integrations and controls around how your organization already works.
You get: A design your team recognizes as theirs
Step 3
A focused pilot puts the work in front of the people who will use it, with human review and measurable outcomes from day one.
You get: Evidence, against your own baseline
Step 4
We refine what works, deepen the connection to your systems, and expand across teams or locations from a proven foundation.
You get: Something that keeps working after launch

Yes. A rough idea and a real problem is all we need. Bring what you know about the people it's for, and we will help you find the part worth building first and test it before you commit to the rest.
Yes. You bring your knowledge of the problem and the people who have it. We take care of product, design and engineering, and we explain the decisions in plain language so you stay in charge of them.
Websites, AI agents, workflow automation, mobile apps and the platforms behind them. Most of our published work is in healthcare and insurance, where the software has to be understood and trusted before anyone will use it.
Usually not. We build around what you have. Ayra works alongside the EMR through FHIR and HL7 standards, Ayra Desk can start with nothing more than a fax line and text messaging, and Ambic connects to EHRs, billing systems and payer portals.
No, though it is where most of our experience is. The same habits carry over to any field where errors are costly and people need to check the work: clear approvals, traceable sources and careful handling of data. Tell us what you are working on.
InQuantic was founded by Harshit Pandey, our CTO, who spent 18+ years building platforms at companies including Meta and Amazon, and Devjeet Choudhury, our CEO, a former founder who has helped 100+ small businesses with their digital presence and go-to-market. There is more on the Founders page.
It depends on scope, so we would rather give you a real number than a range that means nothing. After a first conversation about the workflow, we come back with a defined scope and a price for it.
We aim to put something real in front of your team early, then measure it. For reference, Ayra pilots run for a focused 90 days, and OpenCredence proposes proving value on 1,000 hospitals in about 2.5 months. A website is usually much quicker. We will give you a date for your project once it is scoped.
We recommend it. Start with one workflow or one location, agree the success measures before go-live, and expand once the results are there. A small first step also tells you quickly whether we are the right team for you.
We design on the assumption that it will. Agents flag what they are unsure of, people approve what goes out, and answers link back to their source so they can be checked. Where the input is poor, the system falls back rather than guessing: Ayra Transcribe drops to manual notes on bad audio and keeps a raw recording if transcription fails.
That is not what we build them for. Agents take on the retyping, chasing and routine check-ins, so your people have time for decisions and for the customers or patients in front of them. People keep the final say.
Whichever suits the job. We choose per workflow based on accuracy on your real cases, cost at volume, and the provider's data-handling terms, and we keep the design flexible enough to change models later.
We agree a baseline and success measures with you before go-live, then report against them. Depending on the work, that could be time to first contact, documentation time saved per consult, or how many people use it each day. Adoption counts: a tool nobody opens has not worked.
Yes. Our healthcare products are built with HIPAA requirements in mind: a BAA signed before any patient data flows, encryption in transit and at rest, access by role, and audit logs. We confirm the specific requirements for your project and walk your security team through the architecture.
Not without your agreement. How your data may be used is set out in the contract before anything is shared. For reference, Ayra Desk never sells patient data or uses it for advertising, and Ayra does not retain clinical audio beyond the session.
Where your regulatory requirements need it to be. Ayra, for example, uses US-based infrastructure for US patients and has regional options for Latin American deployments. We agree this with you at the start of the project.
Your data stays yours, and you can have it returned or deleted when an engagement ends. Ownership of the code you commission is agreed in writing before we start, so there are no surprises later.
Launch is where the useful measurements begin. We keep refining what works and can stay on for improvements, integrations and scaling, or hand over cleanly to your team. We agree which it will be up front.
Yes. Each case study links to the live site where one is public, and we are happy to walk you through a product and how it was built. Write to us and tell us which one is closest to what you need.

A few lines is enough. It can be half-formed, a sketch or a frustration you can’t shake. Tell us what it is and who it’s for, and we’ll tell you honestly what’s worth building first.
It goes straight to the founders.
