Ayra Mobile
Pair a phone in one tap and stay present with the patient.
Ayra Transcribe runs on desktop or on a paired phone. Scan a QR code, press record, and the conversation becomes a structured note the clinician reviews afterward.

The problem
Typing during a consult breaks eye contact and trust.
Dictating afterward isn't much better, because the notes pile up into the evening. Clinicians are caught between being present with the patient and keeping accurate records.
Our approach
Move the microphone off the desk.
Capture shouldn't tie a clinician to a desk. Multi-device input lets them use the desktop mic, or pair a phone in one tap with a QR code and put the screen aside.
Stay present. Ayra writes the note.
What we built
Four steps to a reviewed note.

Start recording
On desktop, or on a phone paired in one tap via QR code.
Capture in real time
Near real-time transcription, tuned for medical terminology.
Structure the note
Symptoms, observations, diagnoses and action items are extracted automatically.
Review and push
A raw transcript plus a clinical summary, to edit and push to the EMR.
Built for real clinics
You never lose the encounter.
Exam rooms are not recording studios. Poor audio falls back to manual notes, and if transcription fails a raw recording is kept as a backup. Audio is otherwise processed for transcription and not retained beyond the session.
Questions
What people ask about Ayra Mobile.
No. Multi-device input supports either the desktop mic or the mobile mic.
It falls back to manual notes, and if transcription fails, a raw recording is kept as a backup.
