The problem
The signals appear early. The system connects them late.
What's known about a child's development is scattered across family observations, short consultations, specialist reports and therapy notes.
So families repeat the same history to every provider, professionals work without the longer view, and progress can disappear between appointments. The result is repetition and delayed referrals.
Our approach
Separate organizing information from making decisions.
A product used around children has to be clear about what the technology does and what it doesn't. Cohera deliberately keeps structuring information apart from scoring, professional interpretation and care decisions.
Technology prepares the information and preserves where it came from. Where a workflow uses scoring, it follows governed rules, not an open-ended generated conclusion. A qualified professional then reviews the sources and context, and decides.
AI assists. Professionals decide.
What we built
Four applications, one continuous pathway.
For pediatricians
Cohera Screen
Guided caregiver inputs and video-based observations come into routine consultations, helping to identify potential developmental concerns earlier without slowing the visit.

For clinicians and specialists
Cohera Assess
Structured assessments and consolidated observations, turning complex information into clear, actionable insight that a specialist can check.

For therapists and care teams
Cohera Therapy
Personalized intervention plans, therapy delivery and a view of the child's progress over time, coordinated across disciplines.

For families
Cohera Care
Activities, reports, progress updates, therapy plans and care-team communication in one calm place, so nobody has to carry the whole story from visit to visit.

Trust
A record that moves with the child, under clear rules.
Each observation stays linked to who shared it, when it was captured and the care context it belongs to. New information builds on the child's history instead of starting another disconnected record.
Source-linked information
Reviewers can see where each observation came from.
Clinician-controlled reports
Clinicians verify, edit, reject and add professional context.
Consent-led sharing
Access is role-based, and every contributor sees what fits their role.
Clear intended use
Cohera supports clinical work. It does not independently diagnose a child.
Where it stands
Live, with progress labelled plainly.
Cohera is live and open for demos, with a network for pediatricians and care teams. Its evidence page separates established clinical guidance, product methodology, active validation and future outcome goals, so readers can tell what is proven from what is still being tested.
Questions
What people ask about Cohera Health.
No. It helps organize, summarize and surface information for qualified professionals. A flag is a review prompt, never a diagnosis.
Sharing is consent-led and access is role-based, with extra safeguards for photos and videos, and correction and withdrawal pathways where applicable.
